About the Artist:
Paul was born, raised, and educated within Baltimore City. Began his Art career by designing traffic signals for Baltimore City Transit and Traffic / DOT where he met Tom Lipka, one of a few master screen painters. Paul got the painted screen bug in the late 80’s and continues to appreciate the art including collecting other screen painter's work and teaching the art form. (a great form of free public art for anyone to see and enjoy).
