PAINTED PRESENCE: Exploring the Chakras Through Art and Breath

Join facilitators Sigal Govrin, Art-Therapist, and Tylee Personett, Yoga teacher, for a creative and soul-nourishing afternoon exploring the chakra system through mindfulness, breathwork, and expressive painting. This 3 hour workshop invites you to slow down, connect inward, and express your inner energy landscape on canvas. 

This workshop will first introduce gentle breathwork, guided visualization and chakra reflection and aligned nourishments. Later, we’ll transition into reflective art making using acrylic paints on canvas. No experience is needed- just a willingness to explore your creativity with curiosity and care.
