UNWIND and have FUN in our Paint your Pet (PYP) class, it is a 2hr event, an artist will be there every step of the way! Upon registration, PLEASE SEND a photo of ONE pet, frontal face shot to [email protected]. Photos must be emailed by 3 Days prior for each reservation that is made.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 mins early to get settled and seated as the class begins promptly on time. Sorry, strictly no babies or observers this is your time to Paint, Sip, & Relax.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: All guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee your seat. This also ensures that any special seating requests are honored. *Ages 13 up can attend evening events if accompanied with an adult*
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is online only. We do not take payment over the phone.
WHAT TO BRING: Our studio is BYO (Wine & Beer). You are more than welcome to bring in any snacks you would like to enjoy during class. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ICE, but cups, napkins, plates and plasticware are provided. **You must be at least 21 years of age with valid identification to consume alcohol in the studio.**
FINDING US: We are in Winter Haven at 6264 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, Fl 33884 in the High Point Plaza. We are directly behind the Citizens Bank & Trust
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a notice of cancellation at least 2 days before the event to receive a refund. Refund will be charged a 10% refund fee.
Store Credit will be given if canceling the day before the event. *No refund or store credit issued upon cancellation on the day of event.* If you do not show up without canceling, you will not receive a refund or store credit. * Please email [email protected]. Phone calls DO NOT serve as your cancellation*
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment may be cancelled also. Registrants will be notified prior to class time via EMAIL.
