Sara will walk you through a 3-hour step by step process to create a one of a kind painted portrait of your pet (cat, dog, fish, goat, horse, etc.)

All painting materials are provided and first time painters are always welcome. Come explore your artistic talents in a safe, nurturing and creative environment.

When you sign up, you will send a couple photos of your fur baby, so that a sketched outline of your pet can be placed onto a canvas (only one pet per canvas). No background images will be included, so don’t worry about what’s behind your pet in the photo (you will choose your own background color when you start your painting). The ideal pet photo is high resolution (not blurry), close-up, with a clear image of your pet’s face and both eyes. Phone pics are usually just fine, if they are in focus. Try holding a treat above your phone, while bending down to your dogs level, this will help get the perfect photo.

Note that the quality of your reference image directly impacts her abilities to draw the details for you and your ability to see the details when painting, so get in close!
