This workshop is for all levels of artists who wish to learn to paint a portrait of your favourite pet dog/puppy! We’ll simplify a complex photo using preliminary studies and exercises before painting a larger studio painting. We will touch on all the ‘simple ideas’ that Bobbi emphasizes in her teaching: “logical ideas” the nuts and bolts necessary to build a strong, beautiful painting; and ideas that will help take the mystery out of painting animals and add the magic you are seeking.
