Join us for a great weekend of art featuring some of The World Famous Florida Highwaymen at Paint the Town Citrus in The Crystal River Mall. So far we will have Curtis Arnett, Al Black, Isaac Knight, RL Lewis or his son depending on the pandemic, the art of Mary Ann Carroll presented by her daughter Kandie and the widow and son of Alfred Hair, Doretha and Roderick, who will be presenting his art, plus art of other highwaymen and their own art as well. We will update our posts if we get any additional Highwaymen. There will be two drawings you can enter at the show to win a seat in a painting class with Curtis Arnett or Al Black at Paint the Town Citrus.Entry to the show for the public is free and will be held Saturday and Sunday November 13th & 14th from 11am – 5pm on both days.
We are going to open the art show up this year to other artists and especially our very talented local artists. If you are an artist and are interested in joining the show, please sign up below or call 352-601-1344 if you need more information. If you need table(s) and chairs, you can rent them below and they will be there for you.
We would ask that if things have not cleared up by November that anyone who has not received their COVID vaccine would please wear a mask to protect our Highwaymen and all of the other artists as well as your fellow art lovers.
