30 years is a REALLY long time for any band! Big Back Yard has done it! Come out and celebrate with us. You should know it's always a great performance. There will be food trucks too! The Pikes Peak Blues Community has been doing Paint the Town Blue Since 2006. Always a free event featuring blues music as part of the mission of Keeping the Blues Alive in the Pikes Peak region. PPBC was founded in 2003, now celebrating its 20-year anniversary. This year PPBC will be celebrating with 8 features, 4 at Bancroft Park and 4 on the green grass at Thorndale Park with food trucks.
Bring your lawn chairs, there's plenty of space, lots of grass, great places to eat around Bancroft Park before and after the show or get some food to go and enjoy during the event. We are proud to partner with the Old Colorado City Partnership (OCCP), the Old Colorado City Association (OCCA) and KCOS Digital Media.
