Paint the Soul: A Meditative Creative Experience
About this Event
Join Karissa for a heart-centered workshop that blends meditation, energy awareness, and intuitive painting. You'll be gently guided into a meditative state to quiet the mind, connect with the subtle energies of the soul, and allow your creativity to flow naturally onto the canvas.
No painting experience or prior energy work is required. Whether you're completely new to working with energy or already have Reiki training, this workshop offers something for everyone. If you are Reiki-attuned, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your energetic awareness through your practice. If you're not, you'll gain a greater understanding of the energy that surrounds and supports us, helping you develop a stronger connection to your own intuition.
This is not about creating a perfect painting, it's about exploring, expressing, and enjoying the process. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere filled with creativity, connection, laughter, and fun as you discover what wants to emerge through you.
Light snacks and a non-alcoholic drink will be provided.
