Paint Sunflowers in the sun with Acrylic!

Join our first ever event with Oh Me Oh My, Liverpool where if the weather allows (Fingers crossed, it's June) we'll be painting Sunflowers on the roof Garden of this stunning venue. Don't be too worried about the weather as plan B see's us painting at Oh Me Oh My's mezzanine level!

Learn how to paint flowers using from a local artist.

Take a seat in the roof top gardens and we will surround you with real Sunflowers as well as a heap of Acrylic paint and everything else you need to paint with. Ula, our teacher will start things off with a demonstration explaining how you start your painting, some basic colour mixing tips and how to build up your painting into something rich and beautiful. Following the demonstration Ula will be at hand to provide ongoing advised and she will advice you according to what you would like to achieve.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and you get to paint something original. Our workshops combine both fun and learning whilst respecting the world of Art. You'll come away from the workshop with more knowledge and new skills!

There are multiple ticket options which include add ons such as including Prossecco!

*We will do everything within our power to bring as many sunflowers as we can but as a back up we will print plenty of painting references for you to draw inspiration from.

Knowledge required

• Beginner friendly - all levels welcome.

Materials (all provided)

• Acrylic Paint, canvas and various sized paint brushes.

What you'll get:

• All of the equipment and materials needed for your class.

• Protective equipment such as aprons.

What to bring

• Comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little paint on.

• A carrying bag for take your artworks home.
