Ready to unleash your inner artist? Join us for a fun-filled evening of painting on clothes while sipping on your favorite drink & tasting latin cuisine by Cocina Che. Natalie Rose Textiles leds us in the immersive workshop, bring your own garments or buy some vintage from Kaleo's Closet. Live music by latin lo-fi artist Pachex with support from Vinyl spinning DJ Seamless. No experience needed, just bring your creativity! This in-person event will take place at 2727 California St. Grab your friends and get ready to make a creative impact!

NATALIE ROSE TEXTILES: Natalie started the business three years ago to connect more fully with myself as an artist after teaching art in schools for the past 10 years. She use Natural Dyes to dye my fabrics, hand draw and carve my blocks for block printing on fabric. Natalie prints on wearable pieces such as tote bags, bandanas, scarves and paper. Her printing, imagery, and process are rooted in my connection to my mixed ethnic background being Latina and Japanese/Irish American. For the past few years Natalie been doing craft fairs, pop ups, adult printmaking classes, community workshops and kids week long fiber camps to share my love of textiles and printmaking. Outside of her personal art Natalie is an art teacher in multiple schools, a yoga instructor and amazing chef who manages to infuse her creativity in all aspects of her life.

PACHEX: PACHEX IS A GUITARIST, BASSIST, AND LATIN PERCUSSIONIST FROM SANTA ANA, CA. PACHEX STARTED LEARNING GUITAR AT THE AGE OF 5 AND HAS SINCE ADDED VARIOUS STYLES TO HIS MUSIC, SUCH AS R&B, SALSA, MARIACHI, JAZZ, AND ELECTRONIC MUSIC. HE ALSO HAS HIS OWN BAND, PACHEX, PERFORMING HIS ORIGINAL ALTERNATIVE R&B MUSIC, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON SPOTIFY AND APPLE MUSIC. PACHEX IS ALSO A MUSIC EDUCATOR, HAVING EXPERIENCE TEACHING MARIACHI, BAND, JAZZ BAND, SALSA, AND CUMBIA. HE JOINED MISS HITS IN 2021 AND CONTINUES TO ADD LAYERS OF SOUND TO THE BAND.
