About the Artist: Pamela Dey is an experienced Artist from Ontario and teaches Adult Learners with Toronto District Continuous Learning, Oakville Art Society and Art Gallery of Hamilton and operates her own Studio (York Art Studio) and Gallery in Hamilton, Ontario
