The people of Gaza are fleeing for their lives as they experience over 8 months of indiscriminate attacks, ongoing blockade, and a starvation diet. Over 89,097 Palestinians have been injured and 38,664 people killed, with 1.8 million people forcefully displaced.
The death toll in Gaza could exceed 186,000, according to a study published in the journal Lancet. Lack of fuel, clean water and limited food supplies has forced the healthcare system into a state of total collapse and caused significant levels of dehydration, starvation, and disease.

Islamic Relief is on the ground in Khan Younis, North Gaza, Deir Al Balah, Zawayda, and Rafah, delivering daily ready-to-eat hot meals in Gaza. We have distributed 27 million hot meals thus far.

From October 7 to July 15, 2024, our team has so far distributed:

? Fresh produce to 235,174 households
?️ 37,139 blankets and mattresses
?9.4 million people received clean water
?60,738 hygiene kits + items to 434 shelters
?87,170 children received psychosocial support
?Health services to 6,400 individuals
