Good Day Pottery is teaming up with our friends at Weird & Well Counseling for a new monthly workshop! Our “Paint, Create, Regulate” workshops will focus on creative expression and reflection. At our June Paint, Create, Regulate Workshop we’ll be painting “Name It, Tame It” mugs.
When: Tuesday, June 30th, 6-8:30PM - please be on time so you don’t miss any instructions!
Where: Good Day Pottery & Art Studio party room (3820 Dave Ward Dr, Ste 1000)
What: We’ll hang with therapists from Weird & Well Counseling while we identify emotions, anxieties, or worries that are recurring in our day-to-day. We’ll name them to create an awareness around those automatic responses, and then use fun painting techniques to incorporate these elements into a personalized mug design.
