Paint & Sip for Girls' Health Education in Kenya

This Paint & Sip event kicks off our 1-week Big Give campaign where all funds raised will be matched up to £10,000, doubling your impact for girls in Kibera, Kenya.

The Reality in Kibera: Kibera is Africa's largest urban slum, home to approximately 700,000 people living in extreme poverty. Nearly one million Kenyan school girls miss up to 500,000 school days each year simply because they cannot manage their periods at school. Many girls use torn pieces of cloth, stay home during menstruation, or drop out of school entirely - all because of lack of access to products and education.

Our Solution: Divine Drops and Medical Aid Films are partnering to create educational films teaching girls about menstrual health and reusable products, while training community health workers to continue this vital work. Your support tonight launches a campaign that will keep girls in school, break stigma, and transform communities.
