Come enjoy a relaxing morning with the our Local 757 CaliSober community.
Sunday, September 22, 2024, I will be hosting a wellness event at my home and I would love for you to attend!
We will gather at 9AM to mingle; painting supplies will be available throughout the event.
Alesia Cooper will be guiding us with a Yoga flow starting at 10:30AM, followed by the ice plunge for anyone who is interested, sampling of some wellness items, and light refreshments. If you’d like to stay and paint, there will be supplies here.
Event ends at 1PM; come and go as needed.
Please bring:
•A yoga mat (there are a few spares)
•Change of clothes and towel if you’re doing the cold plunge.
•Any friends who may be interested (have them RSVP, too)
