Pain-free Seminar

I believe everyone who is willing to work hard and learn about how their body works deserves to live an active, pain-free life. I am going to take you through a series of short lectures to talk about why injuries occur. Then, we are going to personalize your experience by taking you through a joint-by-jointmovement assessment.

We hope to get the preliminary information we need to help move you toward your goals and help you reclaim your active life. We'll also discuss why injuries happen and the differences between flexibility and mobility.
