Pain is part of our human experience. People from all walks of life can benefit from this Pain Care Wellness Class which will teach you practical self-care skills to self-manage your pain, move with more ease, and get you back to the life you deserve. This class is for all levels of ability. It is a safe place for Veterans, caregivers, and their families as well as anyone in the general public who has experienced any type of pain.
Sarah Cummins, (C-IAYT,E-RYT500, CPT, YWT) owner of Waterfall Yoga Therapy, is a Certified Somatic Yoga Therapist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Brain Health Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, and a Pain Care Aware Yoga Instructor who is Yoga Warrior Trained to work with post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, and amputees. Sarah lives in Huntsville, Alabama and offers clinic, concierge, and tele-health private and couples yoga therapy, corporate wellness training, group classes, and boutique wellness retreats. She specializes in alternative treatments for persistent pain, complicated injuries, inflammatory conditions, and chronic illness along with the anxiety, depression, and grief that often comes with these conditions. Sarah enjoys empowering clients to create life-long sustainable change through an individualized, client-centered approach. Through the teachings of yoga and the wisdom of Ayurveda, Sarah offers encouragement, guidance, and confidence in achieving your health goals.
