Miss AMS strives to have our girls show kindness, be gracious, and have a giving heart. We will be providing canned/boxed food for those in our community, our neighbors, that are having a hard time and providing a Thanksgiving meal box for them. We partner with a local ministry that provides a turkey to go along with our boxes. The girls love decorating the boxes and know that because of our (including YOU) effort a family will have a meal to sit down to for Thanksgiving.
Following is what is needed for each box. We ask that you signup https://signup.com/go/JMNqtFz to purchase enough food for one or more complete boxes. The food can be dropped off at the school between November 1st -9th. You do not need to box the food. You can just drop it off in bags.
One donated meal includes:
1 Box of Stuffing
3 Boxes of Mac & Cheese
1 Box of Mashed Potatoes
1 32/40 oz can OR 2 15 oz cans of Yams
2 cans or Pouches of Gravy (no glass jars)
2 cans of Corn
2 cans of Green Beans
1 can of Cranberry Sauce
1 box/package of Muffin Mix
1 box of dessert - Cake & Frosting, brownies, etc.
Sign-up will close on Nov 7th.
