Join us for an intimate and specialised Paella Masterclass, part of our Eat Spain, Drink Spain promotion with ICEX - an evening devoted to the provenance, tradition and technique of Spain's most celebrated dish. Our expert chefs will walk you through a traditional paella mixta (chicken and prawn) step by step, sharing the knowledge behind each stage until it's ready to serve. A vegetarian paella de verduras is also available on request - just let us know in advance.

Beyond the paella itself, your evening unfolds as a proper Spanish feast: pan con tomate, Jamón Ibérico and nata fritters alongside the main event, with a Basque cheesecake to close. Two glasses of sangría per person are included, with non-alcoholic alternatives available.
