30 minute padwork session available for all abilities of boxing. From starting out to elite amatures boxing level. Our coach Naomi, (2 time national champion and 2 time international gold medalist) will be offering technical padwork sessions working on quick combinations, punching and footwork technique and advice about ring IQ and awareness.
