We know when it comes to getting out on trail, that food fuels your adventure. But with so many different options out there, how do you know what what works for you?

In our Food on the Trail event, learn all of the best trail food tips and tricks from adventurer-nutritionist extraordinaire Kris Peter (AKA The Adventure Nutritionist). As an experienced Expedition Guide and qualified and accredited nutritionist, we’re so excited to have Kris here to answer our burning questions about what to eat on the trail, and how we can fuel our bodies to get the most out of our adventures.

With so many different meal options to choose from including dehydrated, freeze-dried, and MRE's, we’re also giving attendees the ultimate opportunity to taste and try a range of different options.

Our Food on the Trail Event will cover everything you need to know about eating to fuel your adventures, including:
- how the body consumes energy based on the type of activity you're doing
- how to best fuel your body based on your chosen activity
- the importance of proper hydration and how to hydrate effectively
- how to read the nutrition labels on store bought meals to help inform your decisions
- the different types of store bought meals and how to decide which is best for you
- how to modify/improve your store bought meals
- some simple meal ideas if you want to make your own food
