Paddling - Pedal Board & Giant Stand-Up Paddleboards

Join us for a fun and relaxing paddling experience at Lake Wingra Boat Rentals (824 Knickerbocker St, Madison, WI 53711) on Saturday morning, August 22, from 10am - 12pm ! 🚣 Families will enjoy 1–1.5 hours of water activities along with mindfulness and wellness activities led by two licensed mental health professionals from Soul to Summit. Shore-based activities will also be available for anyone who prefers to stay on land.
🕙 Itinerary
✨ Welcome talk, introductions, safety guidelines, grounding exercises, and mindfulness activities
🚣 Water activities including pedal boats and giant stand-up paddle boards (2–4 people per board)
💬 Guided prompts, sensory exercises, and reflection activities throughout the morning
🌿 Closing reflection and mindfulness exercise focused on celebrating accomplishments and connection
