Paddle With Care is a fundraiser event that started back in 2021 & aimed at raising awareness for water safety and gathering donations to help implement safety features around the lake. This event will also honor those who protect and serve on the lake and remember those who have lost their lives on the lake. Paddle with Care on Utah Lake is in partnership with Utah Lakes Life Jacket Loaner Program.
The paddling portion of this event consists of a direct paddle route launching at Sandy Beach and finishing at Lincoln Beach where people will be waiting to celebrate.
Launch will begin at 9 am on Saturday May 18th. Paddlers can check in from 8am.
You will need to provide you're own gear and equipment. We will have a safety check from The Coast guard at the Launch site before the paddle starts.
This is not a race & no paddler is left behind. We will be accompanied by Search & Rescue/Coast Guard in the water.
YOU MUST HAVE A LIFE JACKET ON YOUR PERSON OR VESSEL
We will have food trucks, educational booths, raffle prizes, games & and an award presentation so tell your friends & family to come hang out & get those free raffle tickets upon entry.
