Hi all! Sarah and I are planning on SUPing the Avon this Saturday- the forecast looks really nice! We’re thinking of going from Fendalton Road (there’s easy access to the river on the road outside the Latter Day Saints church. We’ll get out at Pomeroy’s pub (maybe after paddle drink?!). It’s a pretty steady trip, so you don’t need to have great skills or have done rivers before. If you can make your SUP go in a straight line, you’ll be fine!
