Paddle & Pose!Join Ignite Om for Paddle & Pose, a class combining paddle boarding & paddleboard yoga. We will spend half of the class paddling, looking for dolphins, getting in cardio followed by paddleboard yogaaaaahhhhh.
no experience necessary although knowing how to swim is a must!
