The virtuoso Spanish flamenco guitarist PACO LARA, who boasts an outstanding career in Europe and Australia spanning more than 30 years, brings us a guitar concert with compositions from his albums "The Andalusian Guitar" and "Duende".
Paco Lara's successes with "The Andalusian Guitar Show", including sold-out concerts at The Sydney Opera House and The Adelaide Guitar Festival (2021 & 2023) and his national tour with his show "DUENDE " (more than 40 concerts), place Lara's flamenco talent at the top of the Australian musical scene.
Paco Lara is considered the Spanish ambassador of this art in Australia, representing the best of flamenco from his hometown, Jerez, Spain. Embodying the unmistakable Jerez style of flamenco guitar playing, PACO LARA presents flamenco guitar in all its authenticity, culture and art. You will be transported to the south of Spain captivated by the genuine FLAMENCO.
Paco Lara has toured internationally with some of the best artists in Spain: Maestro Paco Cepero, Mercedes Ruiz, Isabel Pantoja, El Beni de Cadiz, El Torta, Capullo de Jerez, Remedios Amaya, La Macanita, etc. He has also been at the forefront of Flamenco Fusion with highly successful groups such as El Barrio and Los Delinqüentes.

Angelica Casado has over 25 years of flamenco dance experience and has trained with Adriana Rodriguez of "Los Carmonas", Tomas Dietz of The Flamenco Centre of Canberra and Andres Peña from Jerez, Spain.
Angelica brings her passion, love and joy for flamenco and lovingly shares this with the audience to feel. Angelica has performed alongside Paco Lara and Los Camberros and is a Canberra based flamenca!
