The Pacific Northwest Mortgage Lenders’ Conference (PNMLC) began in 1976 as the Western Regional Mortgage Lenders Conference. It was held in Elkhorn Village near Ketchum Idaho for many years before becoming a “traveling” conference, shared between Idaho, Oregon and Washington. In the 1990’s, due to a conflict with a similar conference in Nevada, the name was changed to the current PNMLC. Since it’s inception, this conference has been attended by the top executives of mortgage lending companies and affiliated businesses, as well as leading business people and government officials in fields relating to real estate finance. The conference is noted as one of the premier regional conferences in the country with consistent excellent speakers and content.
