Tuamari Lema , a Shaman from Peguche, Ecuador, will guide us during a Pachamanka ceremony.Pachamanka is a traditional cooking method that reflects the deep connection between the Andean people and Mother Earth. This communal ritual not only emphasizes the use of natural ingredients but also embodies a spiritual aspect, honoring Pachamama, or Mother Earth, which is central to Andean culture. While the food is cooking Tua will tell the prophesy of the condor and the Eagle, along with medicine songs. After cooking the food in the earth we will dine together.
