This course integrates guided meditations, musical therapy, DJ skills, dance and movement therapy, human interaction as therapy, mindfulness, and self-awareness practices. Designed for individuals interested in exploring holistic approaches to mental, emotional, and physical well-being, this course offers both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

- Location: Brown Bear Yoga
- Duration: 8 weeks, with weekly 6-hour sessions.
- Day of study would be Fridays 2-8pm
- Limited to 12 students ( 8 spots left )
- Investment: 11.000kr

- Materials:Guided meditation audio files, DJ software access, dance/movement space, mindfulness journals.
- Assessment:Participation, practical demonstrations, final project presentation.
