PAACH is excited to be hosting a career fair for homeschool high school students.
Is your high schooler unsure of what to do after high school. Is your student unsure if the college tract is for them? Come meet and talk with area businesses about opportunities that require no college. Perhaps your student is interested in a trade or getting a career certificate. Local business will be available to show students where to get started and what opportunities look like.
We will be having two discussion panels. One panel will be local area businesses and how you can enter their field of expertise and what that journey looks like. The other panel will be homeschool graduates and what they have pursued after college. These students have completed college, entered the workforce, trade school, career certificates or have become entrepreneurs. There will be a snack break in between with an opportunity to talk and meet businesses at their vendor tables.
Our mission: Helping teens recognize their God given strengths, prepare a resume, hear from role models, brainstorm ways to get experience, and connect with potential employers.
