This quarter, we are focusing on the concept of "serving, not selling". By identifying our clients' unique needs, we can customize their experience to solve their problems through regular massage and/or facials. In this workshop we will discuss how to connect with our clients prior to their service and how to deliver a customized membership pitch once they come out. Lastly, we will develop our responses to any objection they present by offering "solutions" to their needs.
