About this Event

Event Details

Pa la Nganduw Kedew – I Am Dingo Clan by artist Shaun Edwards, showcases his language revitalisation practice and creative work grounded in Kokoberrin cultural lore of the White Dingo.

The evening begins with an artist talk and in-conversation, offering insight into Shaun’s work bringing language back to life through contemporary creative practice as part of his Indigenous Languages Creative Arts Residency at State Library. A five-minute AI-generated video will be screened, illustrating both every day and ceremonial moments on Country, expressing language through visual storytelling.

Shaun will be joined in conversation by Sonya Takau, Founder of Dingo Culture, to discuss Indigenous cultural lore of the Dingo, language renewal, and contemporary advocacy.
