After a great start in June 2019, and even bigger repeats in November and March 2020, we took a break because of covid-19. Yet, P3 keeps coming back to Berlin, Germany: next June, for a weekend workshop taught by Josh Magro and Olaf Lewitz.

P3 kommt wieder nach Berlin!

Dieser Kurs wird auf Englisch und Deutsch gehalten. Damit sich alle sicher fühlen, werden wir alle Instruktionen zweisprachig machen und Gruppen haben mit Menschen, die entweder Deutsch oder Englisch sprechen. Lass es uns bitte wissen, wenn du diese Einladung lieber auch auf Deutsch hättest! Genauso wie beim Preis (siehe unten) wollen wir auch bei der Sprache niemanden ausschließen. Du bist sehr herzlich willkommen, auch wenn du kein oder kaum Englisch kannst.

On money / prices - zum Thema Geld!

We need to cover the costs (or most of the costs) of flying 2-4 people over from the US. Then there's food and space ... so we'd like some of you to pay for the value of this course. We also know that some of you want to participate and can't afford a business price. That's ok - ask!

Wir möchten die Kosten decken: für den Raum, die Verpflegung und die Flüge von 2-4 Personen aus den USA ... daher brauchen wir ein paar von Euch, die für den Wert dieses Kurses bezahlen. Wir wissen, dass manche von Euch mitmachen wollen und sich keinen "Business-Preis" leisten können. Das ist ok - fragt einfach! 

Josh Magro is a licensed psychotherapist, motivational speaker, international workshop facilitator, and Program Director for Personal Power & Prosperity (P3).

Olaf Lewitz is the trust artist. He helps individuals and organisations to discover, love, and live their purpose. Olaf is a leadership coach, speaker, and facilitator.

P3 - Personal Power and Prosperity - has been running in Orlando for more than 20 years, supported and sustained by a community of more than 1000 volunteers and health professionals. Every six weeks they host a transformational weekend where about 50 volunteers support a group of 25 students on a journey of self-care, self-discovery and self-development.

This course condenses most of what’s important in personal development into one deep, intense and elegant experience:

• Self-care, and care from others

• Owning your story, your emotions, your pain and your joy

• Letting go of limiting beliefs and patterns

• Forgive yourself for what you’ve done or allowed to be done to yourself

In a very safe and physically comforting space, we will guide you through all major emotions:

• You get to go as deeply into the experience as you want

• You will emerge refreshed and light, exhausted and exhilarated

• Emotional sensation and discernment is essential for leadership and (agile) coaching

• Others notice so much easier than ourselves where we own our shit and where and how we’re trying to fool ourselves.

• Your clients will feel safer with a coach who shows vulnerability. To show up with vulnerability, you want to be familiar with what is going to show up. We offer a safe space for you to discover what you didn’t (want to) know about yourself, yet.

• If you know yourself better you can take better responsibility for yourself and others and make more authentic decisions.

• You create and hold space much better and easier for others’ processes and work if you can separate your stuff from their stuff.

• You will be more immune to conscious and unconscious manipulation.

• You will be more flexible, emotionally and rationally, and able to deal with more difficult situations. You can deal with change on different levels more easily without losing your footing.

• You work with people as a coach or leader and want to grow your emotional skills

• You have long years of experience in personal growth and want to connect to a new community

• You are passionate about your conscious journey and growth and want to unlock the next level

• You struggle with co-dependency or addiction and want to let go of what’s been holding you back

• You are a therapist and want to get to know a format that may be just what your clients need

• Regular Participant ("Student")

  • You arrive on Friday evening, around 17:45

  • You are taken care of on your journey

  • We celebrate all together on Sunday evening (18:00-20:00).

  • Light lunch is included on Saturday and Sunday, and dinner on Saturday. We get delicious vegetarian and vegan food from the Refugio kitchen.

    There is no accommodation included in the event tickets, and there's no accommodation available in the venue.

• Angel/Supporter (needs a code. The code is the name of the P3 director from Orlando. If you've been at P3 before, you will remember her name.) 

  • You have experienced P3 before

  • You arrive earlier on Friday afternoonPlease to prepare with the “new” angels

  • You pay just for the food, or optionally more to support the event

  • You guide and support the “new” angels on your team

  • You focus mostly on the guidance and support of the students on your team

This is a community event. We want this to be successful, and for that, we need our costs to be covered.

We don't want money to be a reason you don't attend this course. If the suggested prices don't work for you, talk to us.

Friday: arrive between 17:00 and 17:30 - we start working at 18:00. Expect Friday to run till 21:00. There will be light snacks available, but no dinner. 

Saturday: We will work from 9:00 to 22:00, approximately. There will be lunch and dinner. 

Sunday: We will work from 9:00 to 17:00, followed by a graduation ceremony until about 20:00. There will be lunch and snacks.
