Hey cougar fans! The annual P-22 Day Festival celebration is taking place on October 23rd, 2021. This year our festival will be a hybrid; join us online via our P-22’s Wildlife Wonderland platform, as well as in-person at Griffith Park—with limited capacity programs occurring throughout the day.
About this program
Learn about the best practices for coexisting with cougars and other wildlife at home. The Cougar Conservancy will be covering the ins and outs of secure enclosures so you can #CoexistWithCougars by protecting pets and hobby livestock while being a responsible neighbor. The talk will conclude with a Q&A session.
About the Cougar Conservancy
The Cougar Conservancy is working in partnership with the #SaveLACougars campaign by providing educational opportunities for the public, outreaching to communities living with cougars, and promoting coexistence strategies.
This program is limited to 25 participants. Patrons attending this program must be fully vaccinated, and children who are not eligible for vaccinations will be required to wear masks. This event will comply with Los Angeles County public health guidelines for COVID-19, which are subject to change.
