Iga aasta septembrikuu viimasel nädalavahetusel toimuv valgusfestival ÖÖvalgel on Pärnu suurim kultuurisündmus, kus kolmel õhtul mängitakse erinevates Pärnu linna asukohtades valgusetendusi.
☄ Tegemist on valgusteatri festivaliga kus läbi valguskujunduste- ja lahenduste jutustatakse lugusid, kus peategelaseks on alati elav inimene.
☄ Lavastused on loodud spetsiaalselt festivali jaoks ning kõik lood on seotud inimese ning inimeseks olemisega - armastuse, looduse, unistuste, rännakute, headuse ning kurjusega.
☄ 2023. aastal toimub festival kolmel järjestikusel õhtul 28.-30.09.2023.
☄ Etendusi mängitakse Pärnu kesklinna ja rannarajooni piirkonnas. Etenduspaigad on üksteisest vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Nii on festival oma iseloomult kui jalutuskäik mööda Pärnu tänavaid ja parke.

The annual light festival ÖÖvalge (NIGHT White light), which takes place on the last weekend of September, is the largest cultural event in Pärnu, where light projection shows are performed in various locations in the city of Pärnu three evenings in a row.
☄ It is a festival of light theater, where stories are told through light and video projections, with the main character always being a living person.
☄ The productions have been created especially for the festival and all the stories are related to man and being human - love, nature, dreams, journeys, goodness and evil.
☄ In 2023 the festival will take place on three consecutive evenings – on September 28-30, 2023.
☄ Performances will take place in the downtown and beach area of Pärnu. The venues are just a short walk away from each other. Thus, the festival is a stroll along the streets and parks of Pärnu.
