Our 15th Annual • and the Streetfest Returns!
It’s official—Oysterfest returns to the street for our 15th annual celebration of oysters, music, and the joy of gathering in downtown Saint Paul. After years of quieter affairs, we’re throwing open the gates and filling the block once more with revelry, rhythm, and the unmistakable scent of the sea.
🥂 🎟️ $195pp Platinum Passes: Limited to 300 Guests
Beginning at 12 noon, Platinum Pass holders enjoy:
- Exclusive early access to the festival
- The return of Southside Aces—the full band live
- Unlimited oysters in the elevated VIP Tent
(back by popular demand, and this will be the only place to secure all 5 species this year!)
- 2 beverages of choice and your commemorative cup
- Caviar bumps at the ice bar (your first one part of the package)
- Champagne by Drappier our VIP Tent sponsor
- We can't wait for you to see what they have brought to the table. Literally!
This is the most luxurious way to kick off your Oysterfest experience. As always, these passes are extremely limited and sell out quickly.
🎟️ $75pp ("best value") Oyster Pass: Opens at 1pm and includes a dozen oysters (or the amount of wooden nickels to get you there) a beverage, and commemorative cup. This gives a full hour before the party is in full swing. We have learned to stagger entry over the years.
🎟️ $35pp General Entry: Opens at 2pm and includes a beverage and commemorative cup - just in time for the Oyster Shucking Showdown!
Oysterfest opens to the public at 2pm, with options to:
Pre-purchase a dozen "wooden nickels" for oysters and to indulge in our expanded street food offerings, including:
A sizzling, saffron-laced paella
A delicious grill menu designed for the non-oyster eaters
And of course, celebrate all the oyster madness that’s made this festival legendary in our little landlocked Minnesota.
Music goes from the New Orleans Jazz of the Southside Aces, into the Soulful funk of Onyx into the afternoon. Jason DeRusha & Brian Turner as the MC's - and we've got enough entertainment to keep a party going into the best hours of autumn... join us!
Our Oyster Stout this year is being brewed by Venn Brewery (more on that later), and we have a few tee-shirts for our 15th that we will offer ONLY on pre-sale. Get your kitsch before it no longer exists.
Advanced invitation email goes out August 28 at 10am with a special early pass purchased invitation. Sign up of the list from the Meritage web page before midnight Aug 27 for the invitation. Go to the meritage homepage now to sign-up.
