Oyster Reefer is a unique and abundant immersive experience that celebrates local oyster farms and the joy of sharing delicious oysters with friends and family. A pop-up oyster party concept by Everglades Oysters with a mission to educate consumers about local, sustainably sourced oysters. We also actively collect shells for oyster reef restoration efforts in the Gulf. The more oysters we slurp, the bigger the positive impact we make for local oyster farms and the wild oyster reef population.
