SAN MARCOS, Texas — Own Your Own Universe (OYOU), a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives and making the arts accessible to everyone, invites the community to the OYOU All Saints Fall Fundraiser 2026 on Sunday, November 1st, at the Price Center in San Marcos.
The annual fundraiser will bring together music, creativity and community while raising critical funds for OYOU’s year-round arts and educational programming.

5:00 p.m. — Indoor Fundraiser Concert
Munchies • Cash Bar • Silent Auction • Raffle
The ticketed fundraiser will feature performances by:
Terri Hendrix & Lloyd Maines
Emily Gimble & Michael Archer
A special collaborative finale featuring all four artists
Guests will also enjoy munchies provided by The Root Cellar, a cash bar featuring Texas wines and beer, a silent auction and a raffle.
Since 2012, Own Your Own Universe has empowered and transformed lives by connecting the mind, body and spirit through music and the creative arts. Through free and affordable programming, OYOU works to remove barriers to participation while ensuring that artists, teachers, musicians and workshop leaders are fairly compensated for their work.
Fundraiser Aims to Raise $10,000 for OYOU Programs
OYOU has set a goal of raising $10,000 through this year’s fall fundraiser. Proceeds will directly support the nonprofit’s community programming as well as deposits and expenses for upcoming programs, including:
OYOUth Music Camps
SongBuddies Music workshops for those with disabilities
Annual Sunflower Women’s Retreat
In-person and online workshops
The launch of OYOU’s Festival of Words, a new writers festival 2027
Every ticket purchased and every contribution made during the fundraiser helps OYOU continue offering free and low-cost opportunities to the community while fairly paying the musicians, artists, workshop leaders and instructors who make those programs possible.
By attending the All Saints Fall Fundraiser, guests are not only enjoying an evening of community and Texas music, they are helping OYOU continue its mission of transforming lives through music and the creative arts.
