See and pet live Oxen while learning why and how the Saints used them to go west. Event is approximately a 15-minute experience.
About this Event

It is ok to get tickets, but they are not required, just come by the Oxen Depot anytime between 9:00am and 3:00pm

Come and learn why the Saints used Oxen to travel west from 1846 through the 1860's. Visitors will see and have the opportunity to pet live Oxen hitched to an authentic sized wagon.

Time permitting, you will be able to experience a short Oxen drawn wagon ride.
