DET x SAC Are Back! This is the second Detroit–Sacramento Owning the Block™ (OTB™) event. On Saturday, January 23, 2027, OTB comes to SacMade at 3519 Broadway, Sacramento, from 5:00–7:00 PM.

Talent, ambition and good ideas are not rare in Sacramento. What's rare is having the right resource and the right next step at the right time. OTB is InvestorFy's community economic-development operating system, built to close that gap. It is free to participants.

Daytime: Detroit filmmaker Ronnie Kirk and the Detroit Film Club host an open casting connected to an upcoming production. It runs under the production's own releases and permits, with no role promises.

Evening OTB session: 1. Goal: tell us what you're building or growing. 2. Blocker: name what's in the way. 3. Diagnosis: work it through at a diagnosis station. 4. Right resource: meet people and programs at the resource tables. 5. Action: leave with a written next step. 6. Outcome: we follow up.

Who should come: business owners, aspiring founders, makers, creatives, and anyone with knowledge or resources to share.
