This 2 hour experience includes the following:
7pm:
Introduction/Mix and Mingle - This is an EXPERIENCE not just a dance class. We will spend some time getting pumped up, releasing any jitters and getting connected with one another before we start dancing.
7:15 pm- 8:15 pm :
We will arm up as a group, then you will learn a BEGINNER LEVEL modern chair dance routine, that will get your heart pumping, body sweating and allow you to tap into the true confidence that comes from embracing and embodying your femininity and sensuality. Get ready to Sweat, Laugh and feel SEXY AF.
8:35 - 8:45 pm :
The Famous Own It Showcase. This is when we all get a chanve to perform and hype each other up!
8:45-9:15 pm:
Stretch, self love mediation and The Official Own It Close.

Attire: Dress in whatever makes you feel sexy. I personally invite you to step outside of your comfort zone, show some skin and wear something that turns you on! Show up totally natural or do your hair and makeup. The goal is to feel your best but that looks different for each and every one of us. Remember, this experience focuses on OWNING your femininity and enjoying how incredible that feels. No Judgement. No expectations. No rules.
Here are my TOP TIPS for outfit selection: Remember we will be dancing and sweating. You will want to be able to move freely and easily. Yoga pants, booty shorts, tank tops, sports bras, crop tops, and t-shirts all work really well. I do not recommend corsets because they can restrict your movement. Fishnets, thigh highs and other sexy accessories, however, are highly recommended .
Shoes: You may dance barefoot, in sneakers or wear heels. This is totally your choice. We will start barefoot or in our socks/gym shoes to warm up and we will put our heels on ¾ of the way through learning the routine. (Note: Heels are totally optional!)
Here are some keys to choosing the very best dance heels: First and foremost, you want your heels to be comfortable and stable. Closed toe or peep toe booties are great and knee high or thigh high heels are fantastic as well. If you are new to dancing in heels, a lower, thicker heel will be the easiest to dance in. Also, I highly recommend that you stay away from heels with a high platform in the front. These can be hard to balance and dance in.
Hair: You will want to wear your hair down or in a pony tail that you can whip it around. Hair is sexy at all lengths so let it free and wild .
Drinks: This is a workout, so be sure to bring water. Prosecco will be provided and is included in your ticket for those over 21. This will help loosen the mood and really turn this into the ultimate ladies night out.
