This special event will celebrate the culmination of OWLworks, our targeted programme designed to empower underrepresented entrepreneurs and early-stage professionals working in and with FinTech, tech, financial, legal and professional services.

At our OWLworks Showcase our cohort will take to the stage to showcase their progress, share their journeys, and pitch their innovative ideas to an audience of industry leaders, peers and supporters.

About OWLworks

Launched at the end of 2025, our OWLworks programme is built around a relationship-led model of mentoring, peer learning and leadership development, equipping participants with the practical skills, networks and visibility needed to accelerate their growth and impact. Through tailored mentor matching, workshops and expert-led sessions, OWLworks is already off to a strong start, with four impactful sessions delivered and a growing, engaged cohort at its heart.

OWLworks is being delivered by FinTech North as part of the Innovating, Enterprising and Thriving Programme 2025–2026, funded by the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund. In West Yorkshire, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority leads implementation of the Fund in support of the Mayor’s ambition to make the region the best place to work, learn and live.
