Treehouse Wildlife Center will do a 1-hour presentation on owls with a special feathered guest! We'll then prowl the path in search of owls!
About this Event

Join us for a special presentation all about our nocturnal feathered friends...owls! Seth from the Treehouse Wildlife Center is bringing in a live owl to educate us about these amazing creatures. Afterwards, we'll prowl the trails in the dark, play owl calls, and listen for return calls. We may even spot one in the trees with a flashlight! There are no guarantees we will see or hear owls, but this is the right time of year for them to be out and calling.

Safety: The Owl Prowl will take place the dark and requires silence and patience. For this reason, we request the minimum age of guests be 8 years old in order to provide the best experience. Owls call when they feel safe, and we can hear them best when everyone in the group is quiet and waiting patiently. We also recommend that you wear layered clothing, long pants, and comfortable boots for the nighttime hike. Hats and/or hoods are also a good idea.

The event will be rescheduled or cancelled if there are poor weather conditions. Refunds will only be given in the event of a weather-related cancellation.
