Join us on Sunday 28th September from 11am - 3.30pm in central Auckland to immerse yourself in a half-day live experience of coaching, mindset mastery, energy work, and Owaken Breathwork.

Your hosts, Hella Omega & Lukis Mac, and their team of trauma-informed facilitators, will support you to expand your potential, release blocks, stress, unexpressed emotions, and embrace a mind-body approach for accelerated transformation.

The Owakening is a direct experience of transformation and healing.

We'll empower you to rapidly let go of stress, tension, and emotional burdens that have been stored in the body, dissolve limiting beliefs, get connected to clear intuitive guidance, and access more force and creativity.

After more than a decade of inner work, we realized that mindset work alone is an inefficient approach to transformation. By taking a somatic (mind-body) approach to transformation, everything began to accelerate with more ease.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, pen and water bottle. You may also bring an eye mask, lip balm and non-perishable snacks if you want to (meals are not provided).If you are noise-sensitive, please bring ear plugs (we recommend Loop brand).Please avoid wearing synthetic perfumes on the day to help us keep the air within the space as fresh as possible.

Where is it? The event is located in central Auckland CBD at the Pullman Hotel on the corner of Waterloo Quadrant, & Princes Street.
