The Overwhelmed Mom Reset is a space to pause, breathe, and release what you've been carrying. Through movement, reflection, and guided support, you'll reconnect with yourself, and other supportive mothers, in a meaningful way.

No matter what stage of motherhood you're in, you are welcome here.

This workshop is facilitated by Ashlea Palafox, embodied hypnotherapist, licensed professional counselor, and dance/movement therapist who is passionate about serving women. Founder of Heartdoor Healing, she guides women through emotional release, nervous system healing, and transformative inner work.

This is a donation-based workshop. Suggested $20-50, though all amounts are welcome. Pay what feels aligned and accessible for you. All contributions support the continued offering of healing spaces like this.
