Are you a team leader, entrepreneur or overwhelmed parent juggling work and the rest of your life?
Do you sometimes feel crushed by the stress of handling everything that’s piling up? Are you looking for ways to build better relationships or enhance your performance and leadership edge?
Relief can be found in a three-step model derived from the science-based research in Shirzad Chamine’s New York Times best-selling book “Positive Intelligence”.
Stress and anxiety are magnified by the negative voices in heads that showed up in childhood – our Saboteurs.
Our saboteurs wake us in the middle of the night to rebuke us about the past or worry about the future. They get us to say no when we want to say yes and trigger us into lashing out in frustration and anger.
The good news is we can re-wire our brains to stay calm and clear. We can deflect the saboteurs by building the three ‘mental muscles’ that give us the “stress stamina” to shift from negative to positive responses.
Join us for this 2-hour workshop and meet your own personal saboteurs.
Everyone has them. Those critical, judging voices in our heads that stress us out, stir us up and deflate our energy, performance, and composure.
The important thing is to recognize which saboteurs have the greatest impact on us. And start noticing when they drive our life choices. When we can actively choose to quiet the part of our brain that sabotages us and make the shift to a more positive mindset – and be more ‘mentally fit’.
What You’ll learn:
- Which saboteurs are activated when you’re triggered
- How to intercept the negative mindset and reactive behaviors of the saboteurs
- How to shift and activate your best self (your sage)
- What it takes to build - and maintain - the ‘mental muscle’ to make the shift from sabotaging behaviors to sage-like perspectives and calm, clear action
- About the 5 Sage Tools and how you can activate them to build a life that’s more aligned with your values, purpose and goals —a life that’s happier, more satisfying and productive.
The best part? The results are contagious. As your mental fitness develops, you’ll create conditions where your colleagues, friends and family can experience the shift, too!
The Mental Fitness workshop is based on Shirzad Chamine’s scientific research, showcased in the New York Times bestseller, Positive Intelligence. The Mental Fitness™ program has impacted 800,000 people in 52 countries to produce dramatic gains in performance, collaboration and well-being.
