Overdose Awareness & Remembrance Event
About this Event
Welcome to the Mile of Remembrance
Join us at Columbian Park for an evening of remembrance, hope, and community as we honor the lives of those we have lost to overdose.
Walk the Mile of Remembrance alongside family members, friends, and community supporters who understand the importance of remembering and celebrating the lives of our loved ones. Whether you come to reflect, heal, or stand in support of others, this event offers a meaningful opportunity to come together in remembrance and hope.
The remembrance walk is free to participate. Commemorative event t-shirts are available for $25.
After the walk, we invite you to stay for:
- Community resource booths
- A special message from our guest speaker, Jamie Bolinger
- A community dinner
Together, we can honor those we've lost, support one another, and strengthen our community through compassion, connection, and hope.
