Overcoming the Barriers to Delivering Sustainable Impact
About this Event
Every organisation wants to improve sustainability. The challenge is turning ambition into meaningful action.
Join us in Helsinki for an interactive morning exploring the barriers to delivering sustainable impact and the practical approaches that can help overcome them.
Drawing on experience from more than 35 factories, Ian Bamford will share practical insights into embedding sustainability within day-to-day operations. Explaining how organisations can improve performance while reducing waste, energy use and environmental impact.
Delivered in collaboration between Vision Factory Consulting and The Institute of Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge. The event also features facilitated roundtable discussions led by Krista Keränen and Laura Väisänen. These will create opportunities to share experiences, exchange ideas and learn from fellow professionals.
This event is ideal for sustainability leaders, supply chain directions, operations managers and senior leaders working within businesses and brands with a strong manufacturing programme. In addition to academics from these fields or working within similar fields.
Whether your focus is operational performance, sustainability or continuous improvement, you will leave with practical ideas, fresh perspectives and valuable new connections.
