In this half day course suitable for beginners, Kelsang Yonchen will give instruction and guidance on how to use meditation and practical methods throughout the day to reduce our stress, anxiety and worries and replace them with a calm, comfortable and peaceful mind.
Learn ancient techniques for creating the mental space to help us see our situation more clearly and improve our well-being.
