MAWA's biggest fundraiser of the year!
Tickets $10 in advance, $12 at the door, 6 art lots close one by one starting at 3pm, cupcakes!

What happens when you combine artworks by over 150 artists and more than all-you-can-eat cupcakes? You get MAWA’s annual Over the Top Art Auction and Cupcake Party!
This fundraiser features some of Winnipeg's biggest artists alongside up-and-comers! There is art for all tastes and all budgets. Add cupcakes and stellar raffle baskets, and you have one of the most anticipated cultural events of the spring.
Over the Top Art Auction and Cupcake Party raises funds that enable MAWA to provide professional, engaging visual art programming, such as our Mentorship Programs, Critical Discussion Groups, Skills-Based Workshops, Artist Lectures and Cross-Cultural Craft Program. Many of these programs are filled to capacity, and bring together people from many different backgrounds to share in the pleasure and challenge of visual art.

Accessibility and Parking Info
MAWA is located on the second floor of 329 Cumberland Ave. There are 6 steps in the building when you enter from Cumberland (buzz 77 for entry) and an accessible entrance with a ramp when you enter from the east parking lot (call us at 204-949-9490 for entry). MAWA is on the second floor and can be accessed by one flight of stairs (20 steps). For folks unable to use the stairs, a freight elevator is available (call us at 204-949-9490, and we will bring you up!) The freight elevator is located at the back of the building. It is approximately 30 paces from the ramp entrance and 65 paces from the front entrance. MAWA's space is approximately 15 paces from the elevator.
The MAWA washrooms on the second floor are not accessible, but if you let us know you are coming, we will make arrangements to open an accessible washroom on the ground floor. All washrooms are single occupancy and gender neutral.
MAWA opens 30 minutes before each program is due to begin. ASL interpretation is available for programs with 2 weeks notice.

Parking
Street parking is free on Sundays.
There are also two paid lots on either side of 329 Cumberland Ave. To the west you can park and pay using the Gryd park app. To the east is an Impark lot with a machine for paying. Rates vary.
